Hi I translate this text into English. Is that correct?
please help me

As you may remember, on April 1, the Banking Supervision Commission’s recommendations came into effect which deal with these kinds of loans. Banks have time to comply with the recommendations till July 1. Therefore, no Swiss-francs denominated home loans will be provided to people who would be ineligible for zloty – denominated loans for a similar amount and term. Besides, a client who wishes to loan in Swiss francs will have to sign a declaration confirming the fact that he does not want the loan in zloty. There has been no lull in the economists’ discussions about the restrictions in providing foreign currency loans.

Hi, that looks ok to me. Bit of a dry subject though!

Only change I might suggest is that you change the sentence that starts "Besides,..." to "Also, a client wishing to borrow Swiss francs will have to sign......". That would read a bit easier.

I dread to think what you need that for...

Its great, but to be gramatically correct, you should change "till July 1" to "until 1 July" and "Swiss-francs denominated" to "Swiss Franc denomination". and "zloty-denominated" to "zloty denomination". Whatever language you translated it from, this is really impressive.
