Alright, enough abuse....ignorant is not stupid, it is just unenlightened.

There is no such thing as halogen fluid, or a blinker fuse.

If your headlights are dimming, check your alternator output. On most vehicles, the alternator output should be between 13.6 and 14.6 Volts.

Have your vehicle inspected by a qualified technician.

"Halogen" merely means the process by which your headlights give light. Most streetlights these days are Halogen, or Sodium vapor

It referres to a process whereby high vacuum pressure, and specialized gasses inside the shell of the lamp, cause the incandescent coil to shine brighter, and cooler.

If your rear blinker is not working, replace the lamp (bulb).

And never have your vehicle repaired by someone who would tell you your Halogen Fluid level is low

Have a qualified professional inspect your vehicle

Autozone sells halogen fluid. dont let them try to sell you the
flux-capacitor fluid though, cause that stuff never needs to be changed.

Dude, if you are really this clueless, you should take your car to a qualified mechanic and have them do any repairs on your car. Really, not just for you, but for all the Innocent drivers that have to share the road with you.

Dude please don't take this the wrong way or anything but i'll bet anything that at least 90% of the women in the world know more about your vehicle than you do.
