I have had nasty hayfever for over 20 years and can't take antihistamine, I swear by New Era Homeopathic tissue salts for Hayfever and Allergic Rhinitis. About £5 for 100 tablets, you take four tablets, dissolving them on your tongue (they even taste nice) four times a day, you can take them every half an hour if you have to. They work in about five minutes or less, take away the sneezing, itchy sore eyes and itchy throat. They don't have any side effects at all. You may need to take them more often for the first week as they build up in your body, but after a couple of weeks, you may only need them once a day. Everybody I have told them about also swears by them, children can safely take them, but only two tablets a time.

I NEVER get hayfever, but this year have the itchy watery eyes and itchy runny nose. I am taking anti-histamines (non-drowsy ones!) which gets rid of most of the symptoms but not all. I'm also trying to eat local honey too which is supposed to help. Yesterday it rained all day which was complete bliss for my eyes and nose!
I haven't heard of bee pollen tablets, I'm pretty new to this hayfever malarky!

No, this is not honey, that's a secretion, fed to the larvae is they strengthen, so that they are going to grow to be good new bees. Its extreme in nutrition, so hence its fairly healthful for you yet pay attention: Human ingestion of Royal Jelly is reputed to reason extreme even deadly allergies in uncommon circumstances

I know where you are coming from. The best thing to do is get Local Honey (from your home town) and eat a Tablespoon a day. No joke this really works.

bee pollen products are supposedly very good, but many people are allergic to them - be wary of that.
