As a makeup artist, it comes with practice, the more you use makeup the easier. The more you put on, the quicker you know all the basics. So this is like a 15-20 minutes of how to do makeup.

Another tip is to take everything you need out the bag, so it will save time. I do and believe me it saves time.

Here's How:

Apply an exfoliating liquid to your face to remove dead skin cells.

Apply a cold compress to the eye area to reduce any puffiness.

Apply moisturizer.

Dot on liquid followed by a cream foundation and blend.

Apply concealing cream to blemishes or dark circles using tip of fingers.

Apply a touch of highlighter to temple area and top of the cheeks for an added glow.

Check brows for stray hairs and add color if necessary.

Apply blush

Apply eye shadow.

Apply eye liner.

Curl your lashes.

Apply mascara.

Apply lip color.

Set makeup with a little loose powder and a fluffy brush.

Check your blush and add a tiny bit more if necessary.

Tips:

Highlighter is tricky. You need just a touch to be effective.

If your face has a dull look to it, the exfoliating liquid mentioned above will slough off the old skin cells that are causing that problem.

hmmm 15 mins to do your makeup.. this sounds like me when i'm in the car trying to put make up on. Just add some blush lip gloss and mascara. Some eyeliner if you want.. depends on the type of face you have though . You can also get a perfect concealer of your skin tone and put that on and not worry about missing some spots since it's the right color and all that shouldn't matter..... blah blah blah :D

15 Minute Make Up Job: Put foundation on...then a bronzer...then Eye Primer....then use an eyesicle eyeshadow...then mascara...last but not least gloss. A quick and easy way to put make-up on fast when you are in a hurry, but still look amazing and beautiful!

I suggest Mary Kay...I have all of these products for when I am in a hurry to do a quick make-up job!

I say put the most time into the base. But just use a tinted moisturizer, then concealer,cream blush, loose powder. Mascara on the upper lashes only. Groom brows. Slick of lippie or gloss and you're away.

15 min. for a makeup application? how about something that enhances your natural beauty and that EVERYONE can do with these few steps and colors?

dust on a light powder foundation with a powder brush, blush the apples of your cheeks with a soft, natural peach looking blush, use a soft shimmery ivory eyeshadow on the inner corners of the lids and highlight browbone, then dust a soft bronze or soft peachy-gold shadow on lower lid and then use a chocolate brown or soft black eye pencil on the upper lid and on the outer half of the lowr lid... then complete with your favorite mascara. As far as lips, grab your prettiest, peachy or bronze-tinted lipgloss and away you go!

use benetint it's a stain, rub a bit on your cheeks.blend. and on your lips.
rub a neutral shimmer(like skin lights) across each lid and blend
you can use a plain lipbalm on your lips over the stain and rub a little bit bettween your index finger and thumb and gently pull and shape your eyelashes up at the corners. smiths rosbud salve is also good for this.you could also rub a little shimmer on the tops of your cheek bones,down your nose, and on your cupids bow
