Are you sure this is Hindi? I've never heard of these words. They could be Urdu words of Persian origin.

Jugaad is about doing a patchy job to get the end results.It is not the ethical or classical way to do the job.
Fizuool is what it should be pronounced like. It means unnecessary So Fizuool Kharch is unnecessary expenses.
