I did the expidited ( spelling?) and I applied at the County Court House and I had mine within 7 days

Only a few days if there is nothing that has to be verified or a question of your citizenship. You can apply at the post office.

if you apply by mail it can take four to eight weeks maybe longer, but if you go to a place where you can get done other then by mail it will take like two to five weeks sometimes less.
