Depends what sort of Eurasian you mean. The Eurasian plate extends from Europe throughout asia - hence the name - so they could be very European looking, or look like a Mongol.

So in answer to yor qestion, they are humanoid looking, and generally have 2 arms, 2 legs and assorted other body-parts in the normal locations.

The term is occasionally used to describe those of mixed european and asian ancestry, in which case they could look asian, european or anywhere inbetween....
