I'm told that we are living now just as a practice.. Preparing for the real life ahead in the heaven after we are "dead". So my answer is that humans only stop thinking after the life in the heaven. So where will we go after the life in heaven? Any idea?

in the USA it appears they stop actively thinking around the age of 30. this is the age at which they start saying "rap ain't real music!", you catch them using the "old" slang terms thinking it is still used, and pretty soon their idea of "seeing the world" is going to the Virgin Islands or Hawaii. Looking at things in a totally different way becomes next to impossible, for some. Therefore exploring new technologies, learning new languages, voting for the "other" party, changing a hairstyle from super short to very long (or vice versa), and numerous other things become progressively more difficult.

When they put on a uniform, when they join a dehumanized and cult religoion, when they belong to an organized crime family thats not even committing crimes because they are federally funded, when they put a white sheet over their head and burn crosses, when they become anykind of a rascist idiot, when they cease caring for the environment, when they stop liking animals, when they suppress information or someones right to express their opinion especially the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth .

The brain keeps working even after the heart stops, so a few minutes after your heart stops, your brain dies from lack of oxygen...and then you are officially dead.
This is the time when some people experience life after death, during the few minutes that your brain is still working. It happened to both my mother and my sister at different times. Of course, both were brought back by defibrillation....and were able to relay their experiences.

Never.
Once conceived, thinking (the individual soul) goes on forever. God will not annihilate the righteous or the wicked in the final state.
Their eviternal existence is to the glory of God.
The righteous to the glory of God's mercy.
The wicked to the glory of God's justice.
Justice and mercy are both aspects of God's goodness.
Good question.
