On my case, I only say it's over, when I 100% sure.
I tend to keep my words and never say 'It's over" without being sure or wondering no a possible hook up.
This is people's feeling, so its better be careful.
I am terrible on breaking up with someone, a real coward I am when it comes on breaking up.
Most of the time, when I have to break up with someone.... I say things like: isn't your fault it's me, I don't know what I want for sure, I am not that good you deserves someone better....
After that been done, I don't answer his call never again, no matter what he does, I never talk to him again.
The only way of me still being his friend, is if I know we have no feelings for each other anymore, otherwise, it's better cut it off for good.
Some people say I am insensitive, but the fact is I am more sensitive than most, so I don't play with people's feelings, neither mine.

If you mean when is the love over, it's not as many would say when you hate the other person. It's when you've reached a state of indifference. You don't wish them ill, but you aren't thinking about them day in and day out. You are ready to move on with your life.

There are no set guidelines to alert you to when/how it will be over. Just when you can not take the current situation any longer and you know in your heart that it (the situation) is not getting better. Hope this helps.
Remember, a break up hurts even when it is what you want.

When the little things that matter don't matter anymore.
There will always come a time when you will outgrow each other.
and sooner all later all love stories must have an end. IT is never always happy since, the ending is mostly tragic. Either they separate or they die.
bottomline, enjoy the pie while its in front of you. You never know when they'll take it away!

No. Its never over if it is lovelife. Love never ends. If you really loved, it will never go away from your heart even if you want to forget it.
To tell someone "I love you" is to tell that person"you will never die"(Gabriel Marcel).

When you laugh at things that you did before which makes you cry. Looking back with fondness at things, that you can never go back to, but still treasure the memories, which enriches your experience and help you become a better "u".

Nothing is over...you just dont turn it off. You asked me I didn't ask you. Back in Nam we had a code of honor, I'll wash your back you wash mine...here there's nothing. I can't even get a job washing cars. Where's everybody gone too. There's nothing.

As in u wanna break up? just it in a really peaceful way, and if the other party is a girl, shed a few tears to make them feel better. if the other party is a guy, make sure he is not prone to violence first. hahaha

it's over when u feel nothingfor they person.if u can handle seeing them with another and don't get mad or anything.when u can spend a whole day without thinking about the other or what he may be doing
