you might be able to firm up your legs with some isolated exercises or lots of walking or running but most doctors would tell you that everyone has someplace on there body that will have more fat than others. Anything that tries to say it will take fat off of one place only is lying. To do that you would have to have liposuction. Thats why it was invented. For people who are already thin except one or two places. if you diet anymore you will get way to thin everywhere else and exersize wont get rid of the fat on your legs just tighten up the muscles under it a bit. So save your money and have it sucked out or learn to accept yourself the way god made you. We all have different shapes and there are some people who like a person with thicker legs. be thankful you are basically thin. No one ever died from fat legs that I know of. If your self esteem is low. Try a makeover. Accentuate your positive parts. Bring attention to the parts you like about yourself. Your chest or your waist and just find more flattering clothes that take the eye from the parts you dont like. If my legs were my only figure flaw I would be very grateful. Good luck and dont sweat it. I am sure you are beautiful the way you are.

My legs are slimmer when I wear heels in flats my muscles get MORE exercise and get BIGGER the more walking I do the BIGGER my legs get. Riding my scooter in heels has made my legs more slender , I think it's because the calf muscle isn't being used as much as when I wear flats, flip flops or sneakers. The higher my heels the less that muscle gets worked and it's than more trim.

Start running and eating healthy. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in. To lose weight in the lower half of your body you have to tone and work your muscles in that area of the body. Running, swats, and lunges are the best.

Your leg muscles are permanent, only surgery can remove that. Avoid wearing high heels often and standing most of the time.

You can't spot reduce. People carry extra weight in different places. If you exercised more, the first place you'd lose it would be the legs.

There is no such thing. You can become leaner with more exercise. Try jumping rope routines. They are good cardio moves and will work your legs and thigs too.
