You must mean bigger. Fat and healthy are not usually a combination. Build muscle mass with a weight training program.3 days per week. Include more protein and calcium to muscles. Eat three servings of vegetables and two servings of fruit and make sure you drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.

THIS IS A SURE WAY TO GAIN WEIGHT! SIMPLY EAT THREE MEALS A DAY (THEY CAN BE LIGHT MEALS LIKE 2 SLICES OF BACON AND 1 EGG, WITH ONE OR TWO SLICES OF TOAST IN THE MORNING. AROUND ELEVEN OR TWELVE O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING DRINK ONE MILK SHAKE. (PREFERABLY ONE HOMEMADE WITH ONE RAW EGG AND BANANA ADDED) REPEAT IN THE LATE EVENING. THIS WILL PUT ON THE WEIGHT. TO LOOK HEALTHY YOU MUST DO A LOT OF WALKING OR SOME ACTIVITY TO KEEP FIRM. THIS IS GUARANTEED TO WORK WITHIN ONE MONTH YOU WILL SEE A DEFINITE WEIGHT GAIN (PLUS IT TASTES GOOD!)
