In theory, it can be done. All of the measures the movie portrayed are actually in place. However, it was NOT the Bill of Rights he stole in "National Treasure", but the Declaration of Independence. The Bill of Rights is the first 10 amendments to the Constitution.

What i think doesnt matter though, as u kNOW u'r clearly more intelligent than the FBI, and already said u BET u COULD...then what more do we need.... ?

Why would you like to steal that? Its so heavily proctected you cannot even get close to it. EVen if you stole it, it wouldn't be of any value because you cannot sell it openly of display it in your house. Its one of the most valuable historical item in the United States. Just get the replica to play it safe huh.

We need more detasils. How are you going to do this? Where is it kept and how secure is it? Why do you want it? What does it do. It is very valuble and old so I hope you take care of it. You'd have to hide it so no one could claim it back.
