I'm not really sure of the title of the song
I have heard it called the I gotta dance song.

Milton was the was hired to play the music on the show as well.
I tried to find a list of songs from the movie itself.
But could not find one.
If you find one they may have the song title if they used it in the movie as well.
Or The Gong Show is out on DVD's they may list the song titles credits. I found this with just a quick search.
