i was never very bright at this subject at school and would now like to brush up on my maths

i'll tell you an easier way . count your fingers and sit with a 8 year old . you'll learn all the arithmetic in the world for free.

Yes there is, just go to www.ilc.org and type in the search box math and then select grade 8-12

once you learn arithmetic ..its the same now as it was when you did it ......now mathematics is another story

www.bbc.co.uk/revision has good resources for all levels.
