And do you think that exercise and good diet has done it for you too? Well that and never arguing with anyone.

money plays the role thing. no money no fun. but you can be sad with a good amount of money(some millions) if you don't have brains to deal with it. Being depressed, is normally a crisis to losers or mid millionaires and easy millionaire(artists, singers and lotto playas)... usually anyone who made more than $10mi by working on it and has strong objectives about its own life, is happy even with some down times because of getting older or being rejected by some girl(I'd say a day or two in a month is a normal level). That's my point of view about being truly happy.

I feel my life is as close to perfect as I'm going to be able to get it at this point in time. Exercise, a good diet, a relationship with God, my faith and my love for people has done it for me. Plus accepting my life as it is and my self as I am at this present moment. I have all the "things" I need IE home, food etc. And even if my health isn't perfect compared to someone else it is the best I will have & I haved learned to accept that, live with it, & enjoy what I can do when I can do it. The acceptance thing was the hardest yet once I did it my life felt much more perfect!Think the only addition to my life that would make it even better is having the person whom I love, love me. That would make it a perfect + life.

I've got tons of problems, but I really can't complain- there is far more good in my life than bad. My diet and exercise are one of the worst things in my life (eating disorders are fairly difficult to live with), and arguing actually helps me to relieve stress. :)

I live in a place where I don't have to worry about where my next meal is coming from. I don't have to watch my back for daily gunfire. I have a good education. I have a good family. I have a decent paying job. I have clothes on my back. I have the ability to see and recognize the blessings in my life.
Yeah, my lfe is perfect.

Life is perfect for all of us. Its just that if there is some sadness, we begin to feel that our life is imperfect. What we dont understand that the sad thngs are also a part of a perfect life, which we all lead.

It is an illusion. Everytime I feel that cocky or self confident I make mistakes or choke. There is always further examination of life's problems when things seem perfect.

If you consider your life perfect, then good. At least you see contentment in yourself which is a rare thing to find these days. Mine, I cannot say my life is perfect, its full of bumps and hurdles.

While I am glad you feel happy in your life, beware of a life without chance, risk, or room for growth. Stagnation leads to decay, in nature, in social situations, in psychology. Never stop striving to grow or press your boundaries.
