i am a very good actress and i can't find anyone who will except me i am auditioning for plays but they are local and i can't hit it big like that can i ?

You need to get as much experience as you can, so keep auditioning and doing local plays. However, if you want to "hit it big" you're going to eventually have to take a chance and move to New York, Los Angeles, or some other large city with a vibrant entertainment scene. Why should the industry folks come find you when there are thousands of actors and actresses who've made the commitment to come to THEM?
