Why do some people have a hard time in dealing with not knowing/having purpose and just existing. What things do people do that help them feel content? Happy? Completed? whole.. ect.. Why do they need these things? Why ask Why?

Sitting on my *** answering questions and getting my answers chosen as best answer makes me feel successful. No, not really. My girl makes me content, happy, complete, whole, etc. I need her cuz she's my other half.
