There are substances that can possibly stunt the growth of adolescents. However if your friend has giantism it's incurable last I heard. If he is already 7 foot tall he is unlikely to live to 50, but might be 8 foot tall by then.

If he does not suffer from giantism why cure it? There is money for him to make. Lots of it. In sports, in theatre, lots of different trades and applications where being that tall is a significant advantage. If he can play basketball well he gets free college then a trip to the pro's. If he can pitch he gets a chance at some serious money. In Biz his height would make him an exceptional management cantidate as he will be memorable in all circumstances and will tend to dominate a room if he has any kind of out going personality. Celibrate his height either way. It is not a disability as much as an opportunity.

There is no cure for tallness. Only after 50 years when the body stops growing, the stooped posture commences, and maybe will appear shorter.

But whats wrong with 7`. If dressed porperly, the height will be an advantage.

Wow. How old is he/she? Well, there is no way you can cure it or grow shorter. Just tell him/her to be confident of who he/she is. And tell him/her that they are really unique.
