i bet you already know the answer to this question. because you said "and how is it done." that implies that you know that foreplay can be done somehow. thats like asking 'what is an apple and how does it taste." doesnt that tell you that i know youre suppose to eat an apple? anyway, maybe you should just go ride your bike or something.

foreplay is the games played before intercourse. I can't tell you exactly how its done because there are many different ways. There are many things to do such as kissing, licking, sucking, etc. Good luck, I hope you find a good person to do it with.
