It has many way to help other. Money, Technology, Idea, volunteer, media, Knowledge,...etc. I don't know what about your Idea. But your wish is very good and kind. Here are some way for your first step.
1. Make perfect decision to range of your help.
2. Collect the Information about countries who need help.
3.Compere with your range and if it is OK for you, contact to them.
4.Everybody will say "welcome" to you.

I met a couple who help farmers in Latin America. They get them to form co-ops, raise more profitable crops and generally improve their lot.
I have a very high opinion of them, because they're out there, getting their hands dirty and making a difference, and not just writing a check.

there is so many volunteer groups out there but you have to pay for ur own flight and accomodation ..go to www.hospitalityclub.org and there are lots of info about volunteering in different countries
