handstands?

Question

I got a few questions about handstands.. thanks for looking if I see my favourite answer I'll vote for it as the best answer.Thanks ;)

Do handstands make your arm stronger?
Are one handed handstands easy to balance with?What's an easy way to learn it?
How do you set up your handstands? (side,over head,hands on floor,etc)

Ps- what category is this supposed to be in?

handstands dont just involve your arms...you use your fingers/wrists to balance. one handed ones can be hard. to learn these you need a wall. straddle your legs and start leaning to one side...like bring one foot toward the ground..youll feel your weigh shift and be able to lift up your other hand. im not sure what you mean by setting them up.

ps- it should go in the gymnastics category. oh wait, yahoo is stupid and doesnt have one.

-Well, if you keep doing them a lot, your arms WILL get stronger

-I still have trouble balancing a one handed handstand..you just need to practice a lot

one handed handstands are hard to keep balance with
simple to learn put ur hands on the ground kick up ur legs and hold
over head
probably gymnastics or like active category
