This is not a question that can be answered with the information that you've given. You should discuss what is going on with both a psychiatrist and a doctor who specializes in sleep disorders. I highly recommend that you don't just discuss this with your primary care physician; sleep medicine as a field has come a long way in the past 20 years, and a doctor who specializes in this can help diagnose if you have a sleep disorder with much more certainty than a doctor without specialized training. As you've stated yourself that you have depression, speaking with a psychiatrist can help determine if medications or behavioral changes could help you feel better.

Depression will definitely interupt your sleep cycle. As well as working the long hours. It takes longer for your mind to become restful after a long, long day of work. If you really can't sleep, talk to your doctor about prescription sleep aids, or even a sleep study if it get's bad.

Marcus Aurellius wrote that it was good for him when he was stressed to take some time out for yourself and reflect. Take a long drive in the country side. Take a Bath, do something that gives you time to youself to think.

Also not being able to sleep is often the sign of a guilty conscience or you trying to tell yourself somethings wrong. Don't know if that applies to you, but just incase it does I'll include that.
