Congrats on the gains you have made. I am working out too and trying to get in shape as well. The thing to remember is that you have to eat, you have to breath, and you have to move.

To reduce your belly you need to eat raw vegetables and raw fruits and good lean meats. Drink lots of spring water. Make sure you get adequate oxygenation when you exercise and throughout the day take a moment and deep breath often. As far as exercise is concerned do abdominal crunches. There is no other help for it. if the fat is on the lower belly below the waistline you will need to do pelvic lifts. On a workout bench or at home on your back lying on a bed (they look kind of weird to do in a gym.) place your feet firmly on the bed and raise your pelvis about two inches off the bed or bench and thrust the pelvis forward this works the lower abdomin and the peniculum (area just above the genitals). This is one of the few exercises you can do to work this area. I hope this helps and good luck with your workouts.

Relax, 32 in waste is is nice on a guy. Besides it don't happen over night, keep working at it and it will happen, situps and cruches are the best for the belly. sounds like you've made a lot of progress already, don't get discouraged just remember how hard you've worked and the results you have gotten already. Keep it up. Try cutting carbs if you havent already, anything white, cut it out of your diet see if it helps and no cokes or sodas.

Look here:-
http://www.thesite.org.uk/healthandwellbeing/fitnessanddiet/fitness/thequestforthesixpack

The appearance of a "six-pack" depends on three things:- the muscle bulk; the tension in the ligaments that divide the sheet of muscle into six (or eight) blocks; and the amount of fat covering it.
If you were recently very fat then the ligaments might be a bit slack, or there might still be too much fat covering the muscle.
Just keep working on it.
