How do you pull out a belly button? If it's possible to keep it out, how do you do that?

If it's possible to pull out my innie, i'd like to know how. It'd probably be nice to know what having a belly button that goes out of its indent feels like. I'd just like to figure out how to get it that way.

Why would you want an outtie? They're gross. Innies are much cuter and you can get them pierced, outties would just look stupid pierced. I don't think there's a way though. Maybe, a bellybutton is just a scar, I know they can cut it off, but I don't think they can pull it out... they might be able to construct a whole new one that looks like an outtie.
