ya there is trt for the smile. but it consists of a team work i.e cometic dentist and cosmetic surgeon. first visit a cosmetic surgeon and he wil help u and clarify ur doubts. for a gr8 smile u need both lips and teeth outstanding. so u need to visit a dentist too.

i have actually heard of plastic surgery to add dimples to your smile, never hear of plastic surgery to add or compose a great smile.
