i would think the light would reflect with more of a wave length...but that is just a guess...kinda like a magnifing glass...

Generally no. This is easy to test, shine a colored light onto a mirror, does the color change?

No, if the mirror is coloured it can filter the light, but will not change the wave length

it will only change wavelength if the mirror has irregularities or defects. otherwise, no.
