Is GRE/TOEFL score necessary to do animations(3D MAYA)in abroad(USA)?

am an Indian,I need to know whether writting GRE/TOEFL is necessary to do animation course in USA.If not necessary plz tell the universities present in California to do 3D MAYA and also those universities websites

Well if u want to get into GRAD program, most of the university requires you to give GRE/TOEFL, these exam are their admission requirements, apart from ur regular Accads.
