yes that's suppose to happen. What you should of done though after your workout was drink a lot of water it helps prevent that soreness that you feel. Just wait for the soreness to go then start lifting again

Yes it a good thing... There is a saying NO PAIN NO GAIN....
To fix this try lifting smartbells....
Don't over do it, found your limit and take little step it weight... You are better doing a lighter weight to start with more reps say like 15 to 20...
You should look on the Internet for a good work out....

good? not sure if it's good but it is normal. when you over use a muscle it breaks down some of the muscle tissue (causing the soreness) then your body to rebuilds making you muscle a little bigger and stronger. take some over the counter anti-inflammatory like Motrin before you work out and this should help prevent the soreness.

hey dude dont worry . i t must br ur frist time .i always happen the first time
becz ur body is not used u work hard i t will get better after 24 hours
if it is not ur first time then u might have doing exercies with heavy weight ... u should me care full u should increase ur weight slowly

you should feel a taughtness in the muscles but if you are actually in pain you are doing it wrong. Do some research, or see a trainer.
