As others have stated you need to ask a Mason to become one. Suggest you ask a man whom you know to be a Mason or go to the nearest Masonic Lodge to ask for a petition. If there is no local Lodge then contact the Grand Lodge where you reside and am certain the Grand Lodge Officers will be glad to assist you.
