You must identify your priority. Practice proper time management. Plan your work and work your plan. Stay healthy with good food and enough sleep.
Rest if you must but dont quit.
A truly busy person has time for everything.

Know your priorities. Focus on them. Carry out a little test. List the five most important things in your life starting from most important to least important. Make a second list of how you spend the 24 hours in a day. Rank them from the activity that consumes the most time to the one that conumes the least time. If you find that there is no correlation between these two lists, you are in for a lot of pressure. You need to readjust how you live your life to bring how you spen your time and resources more in synch with the things you count as being important. The closer the synch, the less pressure you experience.

Good luck.

I dont stay away from pressure.
I handle the situation, the best I can. Hopefully everything will fall into place.
And if it doesn't, I try to rectify the (pressure) problem.
And if that dont work, I have a beer.

I try to live harmoniously with my beliefs. That's a good way to avoid pressure.
