W32.Serwab@mm is a mass-mailing worm that opens a back door and sends emails to addresses gathered from the compromised computer.
Note: Virus definitions dated July 9th, 2006 or earlier may be detected as W32.Timeserv@mm.

I would suggest getting a firewall/anti-virus and ad-aware program like (Zone Labs or Symantec) for firewall and anti-virus and then ad-aware personal for Ad-aware.

Havent heard of that one but you need all the protection you can get nowadays,go to the top of this page to the search for questions bar,and type in---Free antivirus software--then search the answers and they are all mentioned.
