guys have no contol over getting a hard on.
but it dosnt mean you have to make love.
i mean, dont you get a hard on when the freeway has one of those rythmic bumps? sex in not on your mind but you still get a hard on. no imagin beeing in a love scene with a hot woman?

Sometimes actors can become aroused during a love scene. Other times it's just another day on the job. Recall that they are simulating an intimate act. They needn't necessarily be emotionally invested in it, although they need to PROJECT that they are.
If the attraction is mutual and overwhelming and they're of a mind, then of course they'd continue it in some other place.
