Further searching (by way of google returns info showing that Omnipoint Communications is a cellular telephone provider in the New England states (North East USA). However, due to phone number portability in the USA, that number could have been transfered to another cellular provider.

Its from I think either Germany or Austria. The reason being is cause I lived there for a year and they had those zeros in front of the number. Or maby its someone in the US that has a European phone.

it is someone calling from overseas i live overseas and in order to get people in the states you have to dial 001-the area code-then the number. so it had to be someone overseas so hoped i helped bye
