What kind of fish is this? What kind of tank is he in?

if he's a male he probably has reached the reproductive age, so changing the color of it's fins to a more visible color attracts the female fishes

please list what type of fish is it. it can be a fungus...get the ph in your water tested. make sure the temperature is appropriate and that your tank isnt over crowded
