my fish keeps rubbing it self against objects in the pond what can be the possible problem ?

There are several parasites that will make your fish rub. Are they also jumping up out of the water. Reguardless of popular beliefs the fish dont jump to chase bugs. They jump out in an attempt to dislodge parasites in their gills. If you can net and look at your fish it would help. Inspect the body for cotton wool growth and look at the gills too. Flukes often lodge in the gills and are relatively harmless until they reach great numbers, and then it can be too late. Dont just go to the pet store and buy any old medication. You need to know what you are dealing with before adding anything to your water or you risk upsetting the entire ecosystem of your pond.

If it looks like you fish has white spots on it then it is probably ICK and you can get medication for it at any local store.

otherwise it's balance could be off and it looks like it is rubbing things but it is really running into things because of this.
