Do you prefer to have a government who does WHATEVER HE WANTS without anyone knowing about it?
I rather have medias that can feed me with real information than f***ing propanga from politicians.

Here's the mystery who leaked the program from the White House the NYT's needs a source. You watch they'll be another shake up in White House staff and the Adminstration will come out kicking up all kinds of dust about national security but won't address the issue. Are they abusing executive power ? Are they violating peoples rights as American citizens under the guise of protection ? It's the same old song and dance at the White House. The New York Times got the information somewhere if this was a "secret" someone within the inner circle was concerned enough to leak it to the press. This Adminstration has a security issue if it can't keep information from leaking to the press how's it gonna stop a covert spy from getting it. The NYT press did what the press does ran the story. This rates right up there with losing millions of veterans personal information through a computor hacking incident. Where's the outrage over that ? I think this is just one more Bush temper tantrum in the fight on Capital Hill caught with his hand in the cookie jar he comes out wanting to know who tattled. Threat to national security hardly. He's been caught yet again trying to circumvent the checks and balances within a Deomcratic system, expanding executive power illigally and he wants to know who the tattle tale is. You will notice everytime these things get exposed he never comes out and says it's not happening he ties it back to the old war on terror stump.

Long live the New York Times! I remember two reporters nearly thirty-five years ago named Woodward and Bernstein who were heroes because they exposed a corrupt administration! The only difference today is that there is NOT A SINGLE REPUBLICAN OR NEO-CON who will stand up for what is right, and bring about an investigative committee to deal with THIS corrupt administration!! NOT ONE NEO-CON with ANY INTEGRITY IN THIS COUNTRY!!! If you want to know where all our personal rights and our FREEDOM OF THE PRESS has gone, look right into the villainous eyes of a Neo-con!!!
By the way, "emekadiv"...IT IS FREEDOM OF SPEECH!!!!!

The NYT exposed the effort to track the financial activities of terrorists because they oppose George Bush. Anything they can do to harm GWB is fair to them, the fight against world terrorism be damned. The NYT is a liberal rag and the libs in America are invested in our defeat in the war on terror because a defeat would discredit Bush. That's all that matters to them, along with putting Democrats back in power in Washington. Democrats are squishy on national defense and this is why we can never allow them to be in charge of it. They are cutters, runners and quitters after about two shots...
I wonder if the blabbermouths at NYT have ever thought about what the terrs would do to them if they should ever take control of our country. Can they say "Nick Berg?" It will never happen, but it's a good question to ask. What the Times has done is tantamount to giving Hitler our plans for D-Day...

You as a citizen of the usa, want protection from every other country, many countries wants protection from the usa. You do have a right to protect your 'house' as do every other country.
Yet, America is invading more and more,
killing more and more,
selling more and more weapons,
stealing more and more oil,
killing more and more innocent civilians,
Then they gets involved when Iraq invades Kuwait... why did they get angry? Kuwait supplies the U.S with ???
The U.S gets involved when a country is killing terrorists like the terrorists that get killed in Diyarbakir, Turkey.
The U.S. gets involved when countries sell weapons to other countries, as long as the U.S. sells weapons its alright is it?
Why is oil so expensive in Turkey when they are next- door neighbours to Iraq, Middle East? The U.S. supplies Turkey with oil, thats why.
I am talking about the government which the people elected, MOST of the people in the U.S. are good people, which would not like these issues, if they know about them, why don't they no about these issues? The Media ignores it...

The Times was only telling the truth.
Can't deal with that? Try reading George Orwell's '1984' and you'll understand just how dangerous a secretive government can be.
I'm sure Karl Rove has read it.
