I would be willing to bet the entire team from Iran & Saudi Arabia are Muslim. As well as members from Tunisia, Spain. I can't remember which country had more Muslims - Serbia or Croatia .. but both countries have teams in the World Cup. And it certainly wouldn't be surprising if at least one of the USA members was Muslim. This is simply based on a statistical look at which countries have either a large Muslim population (Iran), or have a long-standing tradition of at least some (Spain).

Ribery of France is a Muslim Convert. Nicholas Anelka is another convert. Zidane is a self proclaimed "non -practicing muslim" and I guess most of the Turkish and KSa team are most. Some if the Senegal and Ivory Coast football memebers are also muslim.

There are so many! This is a real bullsh*t question, what difference does it make. The beauty of the game of football is that it goes beyond religion, political standpoints or ethnic background. i have been to the World Cup in Stuttgart, Germany and I have seen that it doesn't matter where you're from or who you are. Dutch, German, Ivory Coast and Italian supporters were singing, chanting and partying together.
