You also claim to be 34 weeks pregnant.

You'll need some form of government ID in order to visit your husband. If you don't want to get a driver's license you'll need either an ID card (available from the same place) or a passport.

Sidenote: nikkij a person stops being a minor when they legally wed. She is legally an adult now so the fact she is under 18 has no relevance whatsoever.

Telephone the jail, directly. Explain you situation in detail and ask about hours/days for visiting rights.

You might want to bring some cash ($100) with you to deposit into his commissary fund and get a receipt for any transfer of money. Also, ask about any other charges/court dates/bail/etc.

Whoever is holding/detaining your husband will have all of his papers. The papers are always on the premises of the institution where an inmate is housed.

You can get a California I.D from the DMV. It serves as a valid form of identification. I'm not sure if minors are allowed to visit prisoners without an adult. You might want to check with the county jail to be sure.

You can obtain a state ID (looks like a driver's license) from the DMV. Just take your documentation in there and get one.

Get a CA id, or a passport, they'll need something government issued.
