I DESPERATELY need help on putting together a Jrock DIR EN GREY cosplay costume!!!?

Dir en Grey is coming to my hometown in August with a few American bands and I really want to show my support for them in particular. I'm dying to go as Kyo from the Drain Away PV, but I'm having a few difficulties. If anyone can help me with any item on Kyo in the pictures below, I would be SO VERY GRATEFUL. Each to their own, that's what I say. If that's how you want to look, it's your choice.
The hair can be gotten through a circus sideshow supply store, or a theatre company, as a wig. The clothes can be gotten from your local second hand store, or your local punk retailer. The badges I wasn't able to read from the photos, but these can also likely be gotten from a punk retailer, or your local non-government protest organisation promoting dissent and disobedience. The attitude you'll have to make yourself, and that's the most important thing to appearing to be one of them:
body posture, hand movements, facial expression, tone of voice, etc. get your mind into character, and the rest will flow.
