well That could be 1 of 3 things 1. your battery may be low , 2. your starter may be bad or 3. your fuel pump may be bad , if its the battery then its simple to change just buy a new one an hook the terminals up to it , if its the starter it would cost you about $150 to get it fixed because the starter in a saturn is hard to get to , if its the fuel pump its a pretty easy fix and will cost about $70 to fix it your self or it would cost about $100 to have a pro fix it , well good luck finding the problem , oh and it may be the alternator but its rare in a saturn , but it is definitely one of the 4 problems i just names .

fuel pum could be the gas filter is dirty or fuel pump worn down is common for GM vehicles to have fuel pump failure as it seems the quality of fuel pumps became crapy since 1997 on most GM products. SUV have recals and so do thousands of Trucks from 1999 because they did not want to cover other vehicles and trucks as far as 1997 they use the excuse that the SUV or Trucks can start fires because of overheating and because of desing only applies to certain 1999 to present vehicles. Is a whole lot of crap they simply got someone to make them cheaply and where not made properly as I can tell you I know someone that owns a fleet of 15 GM 1995 trucks that have not had a fuel pump replaced since new, and has 10 2002 same model GM trucks and 6 have had the fuel pump replaced in the last two years. Fire problem I don't thinks so more like supplier problem.
