If you mean they never had to work and had everything handed to them on a silver platter without breaking a sweat except for in their own gym...it just depends on the person. They may turn out to be a spoiled brat even if their parents really tried. Or their parents my spoil them and treat them like they're 5 forever, and then when they grow up, they work, pay their way through school and start their own business just wanting to establish something by themselves.

They haven't earned anything. Like a rich kid who'se parents buy them whatever they want, but never for a reward for a major accomplishment. People who feed off of their parents or loved ones or another individual for their own personal happiness(only temporary). Sometimes these people live in mommy and daddy's house until they are in their 20's, get a b.s. degree from some school mommy and daddy had to pay for, and don't ever buy anything for themselves (house, car, or pay any of their own bills). These extremists of the phrase I despise, as I myself grew up poor, and definately had to earn my keep in all aspects of life.
