ouch... well it had to be worse coming from your friend other than your gf. i think that you have to step it up and be a man about the situation. you need to end the whole stereotype thing where the girl gets pregnant so the guy leaves. this isnt going to be easy at all, but you've got to be the best dad you know how and the best boyfriend you know how. those are the most important things you could ever do. this kids gonna be depending on you and her to raise it and although you may have help, you two will be the main providers for this kid, unless you decide to give it for adoption. please dont make the decision for abortion though... the best thing you could ever do for your kid and yourself is giving the baby life. whether its your's or someone else's.

First you have 2 talk 2 her. Do it gently, and if it is true, tell her that no matter what happens u will always b there 4 her. Thru 9 months u have 2 keep supporting her. Tell her that it will b ok and do everything u can 2 make her stay calm.

talk to her. . . .ask her if its true and why it is that you found out thro ur mates and not her, if ur young don't force her into making any decision because its what you want, support her in what ever she does want to do being that she is the one that is pregnant and she is the one that has to be pregnant for 9months and give birth, don't do a runner be a man and take care of her and the baby. even if you both break up before the baby is born still be there for her. but pretty much talk to her, how she feels, what she wants to do, make sure she knows that you will support her in any decision that she wants to make and you'll be there for her no matter what

Talk to her, ask her if its true. Your best friend may be lying to you. If she is, the only thing you can do is be there for her and support her. Seek help from your and her family and get a paternity test after the baby is born. Look in your phone book for Crisis Pregnancy Centers; they will help inform the both of you of your options and provide her with pregnancy support.

Talk to her, and if she is get a job and prepare to be a man and help and support her through this. She might be afraid to approach you because she does not know how you'll react so many young men are aholes and take off the moment they find out.

I think that you need to confront her. It is not fair for you to find out when the baby is born and she comes to you for child support. You need to be there with her when she is pregnant and when the baby is born. You will not regret it. Having a baby is one of the most wonderful things that you will ever go through in your life.
