It is not big at all, it looks like a tic, only it is not a tic and it is brown.

No. Why would you? Keep it. It's your signature look. Did Cindy Crawford remove her famous mole? No, but she almost did. Get it removed only if the doctor thinks it could be cancerous but get it checked out first.

Has it been there for several years without change or has it appeared recently and it's growth and size is changing? See a dermatologist if you're uncertain it's not cancerous. Your doctor can refer you to a physician who will remove it for appearance sake if it's been determined it's not cancerous.

Get it checked out by the doctor to make sure its not cancerous or anything. Moles are generally harmless.

you should only have it removed if it bothers you, and have it checked by the doctor if is not a normal shape otherwise enjoy it, lot's of people have moles and makes them unique.

unless you identify with it, like cindy crawford or something i would remove it. oftentimes it's very distracting...just make sure you have a plastic surgeon do it as they will definitely leave less scars.

It's your body, I mean...if for some reason you like it, then keep it. You can get them removed though.

To tell you the truth yes.If it is small you could leave it.I have one on my arm but its small so no one thinks about it.If they do say something just joke about it and tell them that they are just jealous that they don't have one.
