For Evangelion, its still on. Unless they just cancelled. I can't remember exactly when. I think Saturday, not sure.
There are no new episodes of Samurai Champloo, they went through the whole thing. Its still on on Saturdays, I believe.
On the website if go to schedule for today and switch the days there to see when stuff is on.
