Like a book? I can do this for a long time, but don't do it very often because I have work to do. Just wondering how many others do this? Has anyone written a book this way? I started doing this as a child to create pleasant dreams to fall into when I am sleeping.

yup, I do most of the time. And Ive hinted many does same. U do also right? I used to do it before I sleep, and before I realized it, I am asleep as a stone. When I would wish for a bf sometime, I try to make up this long stories in my headlike how boy meets girl, and how the love story starts, Belive me, I can make a plot in an instance! When I was your age, at 13, I wrote them down, in a novel form, I've made four, though, they're way in the haystacks now (among w/ 19forgotten memorabilias). Wohoa, your question really took me, how I love it that somoene out there is like me too, in such a way?

I think up stories to fall asleep, so that I can dream about those stories. OR, I'll repeat the same single thought over and over in my head. That way I dream about what I was thinking of. Like the other night, my husband and I were talking about having a baby. It was all I could think about as I drifted off. When I woke up, I realized that I had a dream that my best friend and I were both pregnant at the same time.

Oh yes I certainly do. Doing so has given me a lot of great ideas for some of the stories I've written. I also tend to do it when I am having problems with a story I'm working on. I also use it to block out and structure some things.

Yes, I do make up long stories on my head. Specially when I am bored or got nothing else to do. I tried putting those stories into words. But sadly, I found out that I have no talent in words. The stories are more exciting on my head than on paper.

Yeah I used to do that a lot. Why don't you put it down onto paper or PC. You may be an authoress in the making.
