Credit cards are stupid, you shouldn't spend money you don't really have! (exept loans to buy a house)
Debit cards are fine if you don't have any added fees...
no wonder so many people can't learn to save money, you have to learn to make do and buget with what you make!
and you don't need a credit card to build credit I know plenty of people who never have had a credit card that buy houses and cars just fine. You people are silly and your card will come back and bite you in the butt. ^_^

I was allowed to use one when I was 15 and had a strict limit that I rarely met. I think the first one under my name and under my financial control was when I was about 18 or so.
