its probally not a good idea because your body isnt ready for that kind of thing.you want to keep yourself healthy before and during and after ur period,it depends on whether u have kids and other things.u shuld wait til ur body is more mature and ready for sex.

Don't do it. You shouldn't be having sex at 13 in the first place and you can get STDs. Also, if you are ovulating and just haven't had your period for the first time yet, you can still get pregnant. At the school where my mother worked there were more than a few girls who were pregnant and had never had a period.

Yes, you can have sex at 13 without starting your period.
BUT,. think of this, if you do have sex, you just might be having sex at the time your body is going to ovulate for the 1st time,
Then guess what...you won't have your 1st period, because you'll be PREGNANT.

Yes. Sex does not trigger your period to start. If you're a virgin, your hymen will tear and that can cause bleeding.
I have a question, however: why would you want to have sex at 13? Enjoy your teenage years. Don't complicate them with sex.

yes you can, i wouldn't advise it though, the only difference between having sex when your on or not on your period is that when you have never had a period you cannot become pregnant, and when you have had your period and you have unprotected sex you are at the risk of getting pregnant, little girls your age shouldn't even be thinking about getting pregnant!

God does not want us to have sex before marriage little girl! With sex comes the possibility of HIV, Aids, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Herpes, and unwanted pregnancy! Just remember that!
