Are Undertaker and Kane really brothers?

Mark Calaway (Undertaker) and Glen Jacobs (Kane) are not related in any way in real life.
In the storyline, Kane is the product of an affair between Undertaker's mother and their former manager, Paul Bearer.

Undertaker and Kane are brothers for the WWE Storylines. But they are not really brothers. Undertaker's real name is Mark Calaway and Kane's real name is Glen Jacobs. The story of Kane and the fire and his parents dying and Undertaker surviving the fire is part of the WWE Storylines too.
