I keep thinking that it is a Bruce Lee movie but, i am not sure. Anyway Basically There is two guys good and bad. the bad can glow first and near the end of the move the good glows and catches a bullet with his teeth. Any help would be appriciated!!!!!!!

like evrybody else suggested: vantage element. by ability of how if ur making plans on identifying to purchase this action picture ... do not. this is not as good as a action picture because it kind of feels in trailers. yet its good adequate... to video demonstrate for unfastened! lol
