If he works at a porn shop, it's just a job. If him watching porn is part of his job, it's just a job. If him watching porn out of pleasure and you don't like that, then it's a problem and you'll need to talk about this issue together.
If he is addicted to porn, then maybe you both can go to a couple's counseling or marriage counseling together so they can help you because you are in this together.

I think that's a job only. It shouldn't call it cheating. When he watches too much porn, he may not be interested in porn movie any more.
